Winter Crafts for kids to make

I know winter started in December; but, it seems more of the states are getting bad weather. It seems time to do some of this projects!

Glitzy Glue Snowflakes

Materials:  glue, wax paper, box of confetti

Directions:
Spread out a sheet of wax paper then using glue on wax paper, remember that all snowflakes have 6 sides/points make the flakes.
See below:

Take the box of confetti and let Butterfly decorate them. See below

Dry, just peel them off the wax paper.
They are good to hang.

Outdoor Ice Ornaments

Materials: dishes. String, sticks, shells, water, and small objects

Directions:
Fill the dishes with water.
Add a piece of string make sure it submerges.
Place the objects in the water. Place outside overnight to freeze.
Hang!

Popsicle Stick Frosty

Materials:  Popsicle sticks, white and black paint, glue, tape, ribbon, googly eyes

Directions:
Paint six sticks white.
Once they were dry we taped them on the back to keep them all together.
After we had the sticks together we drew a line and painted the top black for the hat.  We also painted another stick black.
Dry again we glued on the black stick to finish off the hat and added a ribbon.
Glue on those fun googly eyes and draw the face.
