Two lap Quilts Finished

I been making granny square out of the small balls of yarn instead of making cat toys to get rid of the yarn. I hate to waste the yarn or other things.

The first quilt which has purple from the Pink Slipper Project Abuse Month of October, I made a friend who lives in Jacksonville a lap quilt to keep her warm while she works at the Atria store at the Senior Home.

Second quilt which I did a different border will go to the oncology office next Friday; since, the other two a brought was a great hit.

I still have some more small balls and it looks like I have enough square to make three more quilts; so, we will see how many I get done.  I still have some more hats to cut out and make before Friday.

More projects done

I have had to limit my time sewing; because, my doctor has order me to keep my feet elevated. I finished the slippers to the Atria and Karl mailed them out yesterday.

I finished a baby size T-shirt blanket using Scott’s PPCD and Kindergarten t-shirts. He stated he could not believe how bad his taste was when he was little.  You be the judge.  In addition I have almost finished top of one using his t-shirts from elementary and middle school which ends up being queen size. Scott states he has more t-shirts that he would like made into another one.

I finished a throw size with my t-shirts I had in college.

I also have been working on some baby clothes for an order and one of my PC’s is pregnant with a baby boy.

I have to make the sleeve of the blue jacket like one and then add buttons on both outfits.
