Cookies Recipes:
Chocolate
Chip Cookies
Jar Ingredients:
2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup white sugar
* chocolate chips
Filling the Jar:
Layer the ingredients above in a quart size canning jar in the
order listed. I used a small funnel and it worked pretty good for most of the
ingredients. Use enough chocolate chips so the jar is full to the top. I used
semi-sweet chocolate chips, but you can use milk chocolate chips if you like.
Pack down all of the ingredients, especially the brown sugar.

Deluxe
Candy Cookies in a Jar
Jar Ingredients:
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup packed brown
sugar
1/2 cup sugar
Candy Pieces
Filling the Jar:
Follow the ingredient list above, in order, to fill a quart
sized canning jar. Use a small funnel, or a piece of paper held like a funnel,
to put int each ingredient. Pack them down gently as you go. For the candy
pieces, I have used chocolate chunk and toffee pieces, chocolate covered
raisins, and chopped up candy bar pieces. Use enough candy pieces so the jar is
filled up all the way to the top.

Oatmeal
Plus Cookies
Jar Ingredients:
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup packed brown
sugar
1 tsp ground
cinnamon
1/2 cup white sugar
2 cups oats
* raisins
Filling the Jar:
To make this project, you simply layer the ingredients in a
large jar in the order given. Carefully measure each ingredient and use a
funnel to get it into the jar. Pack down each ingredient lightly after you add
it. When it comes to the raisins, use enough to fill the jar to the top. If you
do not want to use raisins, you can use baking chips; our favorite is
butterscotch.

chips
1/2 cup semi-sweet

Filling the Jar:
Working in the order the ingredients are listed above, layer

you do not use the walnuts, use extra chocolate and vanilla chips so the jar is
